A bit about us Established as a sole proprietorship in 1986, William F. Collins, AIA Architects, LLP presently operates as a Limited Liability Partnership under its partners, Steven R. Saraniero, AIA, Neil A. MacDonald, AIA, Eldon Smith, AIA, Robert Heymach, AIA and Partners Emeritus, Bill Collins, AIA and Thomas R. Turkel, AIA. As a business, we understand that relationships are important; that’s why we depend on repeat business for the majority of our work. We provide all of our clients with services that are appropriate to their needs, including a full range of architectural and engineering design and consulting services, as well as real estate assessments, strategic planning/post merger planning and program management.
