Neil and Steve’s vision for the firm traces its beginning to their days studying architecture together in college. As Co-managing partner, Neil has helped to mentor a growing team of dedicated professionals and cultivate the firm’s widely regarded commitment to excellence. His fundamental approach to architecture is quite simple: listen to your client… truly understand their needs, then couple this insight with technical expertise and a deep understanding of design to create a dynamic solution that works.

Elevated to a Partner in 2014, Eldon has provided our clients with over twentyyears of experience on a diverse range of projects.  He thrives when he is actively engaged, his  hands on approach provides each of our clients with well thought, comprehensive solutions to meet their challenging goals. Eldon believes that a successful project is built on positive leadership, strong teamwork, and communication. Outside the office, Eldon is a sportsman of all seasons and shares the love for the outdoors with his wife and two children.

Robert F. HEYMACH, AIA

Partner

Recently named partner, Robert has over twenty five years of architecture and engineering experience in buildings ranging from restaurants and fire departments, to mission critical data centers and high rise office buildings. His exceptional combination of skills; technical, visual, and project management… talents refined during his 20 years at WFC… make him ideally suited to plan the most advanced, or highly critical projects. So when clients come to us seeking answers to complex building problems, we have the ability to bring in problem solvers like Rob.




William F. COLLINS, AIA

FOUNDER / Partner Emeritus

Since founding WFC in 1986, Bill’s leadership and hands on approach has forged a culture at WFC in which total commitment and sustained client relationships form the very foundation of the practice. Over the ensuing 30 years, these same core philosophies have been the driving force behind the firm’s tremendous growth and becoming one of Long Island’s most successful architectural firms.

One of Tom’s greatest assets is leveraging some 40+ years of talent, experience and wisdom to assist WFC in the development of the next generation of Architects and Designers. His style of teaching through life experience, while leading by example has had a direct impact on quality of the firm’s professionals and the services they provide. Tom continues to provide a valued presence in our ongoing operations through special projects and assignments.

Christopher M. CRANS, AIA, NCARB

Sr. Associate

Chris is one of WFC’s leaders in retail, corporate and commercial design. His over 25 years of diverse experience guides his clients and contributes to his many successful, award winning, and complex design solutions.  As Senior Associate, his expertise in planning and the sophistication of his designs have proven to be a great asset to his clients. His highly developed project management and technical skills, are qualities that strategically keep his projects on schedule, and on budget from initial concept sketches to construction. Chris enjoys leading a diverse group of professionals and co-workers, demonstrating by example the products of his own diligence and high standards.

William S. BRADY, AIA, LEED AP

Associate

Bills passionate approach to architecture thoughtfully and creatively links clients objectives with architectural goals while pushing the boundaries with innovative design solutions. He has been instrumental in the design and execution of some of the firm’s noteworthy and award winning projects. As Associate, Bill is the primary contact for several of the firm’s key clientele and continues to foster those long term relationships. He is an advocate for high-performance buildings, thrives at managing complex projects, and enjoys providing knowledge and design expertise for our upcoming staff. Notably, Bill is a Veteran having honorably served in the United States Marine Corps.

Joseph W. Pignataro, AIA, LEED AP

One of Joe’s strongest assets is his ability to put people at ease by being a straight shooter, without pretense and being able to interact with all types of people and personalities. Clients appreciate this trait, knowing the difficulties and complexities of having to manage the multitude of individuals necessary to carry out a project from the initial design phase to the final construction stage.


William T. Baker

William T. Baker is the Founder and Principal of one of the foremost residential architecture firms in the United States today. He has achieved an international reputation for high-design combined with a keen sensitivity for plans that live well. William T. Baker enjoys a reputation for the impeccable design of private residences, commercial projects, and historic renovations. His work spans the world and has been featured extensively in print and broadcast media. He writes and lectures on a variety of subjects including architectural design, theory, and the history of architecture.


Michael J. Lewis, LEED GA

As an experienced Senior Project Manager, Michael embodies the leadership within WFC in many ways. Through hard work, determination and a solid work ethic, he has earned the respect of several key clients. During his more than 15 years with the firm he has managed a wide array of project types, and has been the lead Area Design Manager for projects throughout the New York Metro Area.
